Although we are positive that you will be delighted with your purchases from Coastal Canvas, we understand that sometimes accidents happen, and products can be damaged in transit.

Premium Freight Protection

As we utilise third party delivery companies, we are not able to guarantee items won’t be damaged or lost in transit. In order to protect against these issues, we suggest you select our premium freight protection service. Only orders that are covered with this protection will be replaced if damaged or lost in transit. If the standard delivery service is selected the product will not be covered for replacement.

Cancellations And Changes

Due to Coastal Canvas fast turnaround time, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered production or printing stage, if you request an order cancellation before your order has entered production or printing stage, we will happily cancel it and process a store credit
